Over the last few years, we have had to meet an increasing demand from the United States. Our friends from Kobrand Corporation were in the process of spreading the Alizé brand on their market. We consequently had to gear our industry to meet this very high growth. Major industrial investments were therefore made.

We are today in the position to say that L&L in fully primed, production-wise.

Our main production facility, located in Agen, France, can theoretically handle about two million cases a year, leaving us with ample breathing space between now and the year 2000. Everything has been thought in the plant to ensure our partners and our customers with an immediate and positive response, in terms of production, packaging and logistics.

A permanent audit is performed on the production lines. Samples are taken from the production in order to control, within our own laboratory, the qualitative regularity of our products. Again, with our concern for quality, a maximum production rate of 6,000 bottles an hour per line has been deliberately set , to ensure a full control over the demanding levels we have set throughout the various packaging phases. In addition to this production facility, located in Cognac, we own the only distillery operating within the walls of the city on the banks of the Charente River. This distillery has been in operation ever since 1814, and enables us to produce today our own Cognac, with full control over its production and aging.

Around the World
The major part of our turnover comes today from the United States, and is ensured by Kobrand Corporation with the distribution of the Alizé brand. In addition to our American business, we did set up , in 1996, a sales structure designed to explore new export markets and reach new agreements with distributors all over the world. As a result, we are now present on all five continents.
