With his roots firmly planted in the pure, time-honoured tradition of his ancestors, a man content in the shadows and a conjuror of magical aromas, Pascal will be happy to welcome you into his cellars where you can discover and share his Collection Privée.

Harvested and distilled in 1990, this cognac was matured 18 years in French recent loose grain oak casks, in a cool damp cellar. Round and creamy on the nose, English cake, very floral hints of lime tree, apple tree flowers, hawthorn, then fruity flavours of peach and mirabelle plum. Fresh and lively on the palate, this eau-de-vie offers the aromas of clove and anise, then fruity flavours with notes of apricot, melon and nuts.
Millenium bottle, golden cork wire closed by a seal engraved with our logo, pretty and luxurious round gift pack, the red is the colour.
